Recent Site Closures:

Our Athol site is now closed. Patients and their health care providers may call the CDR Health COVID-19 Treatment Call Center M-F 9am-5pm (617) 644-7592 or visit patientportalma.com to make an appointment for in-home therapeutics.  Additionally, for individuals 18 or older living in Massachusetts who test positive for COVID-19 and are experiencing symptoms the MA DPH sponsored telehealth service can determine if Paxlovid may be an option. If it is, pickup at a pharmacy or free overnight delivery is available. Providers and patients can learn more and find the link to access the service at: mass.gov/CovidTelehealth.

Our scheduling center and scheduling process:
Our scheduling center is open from 8:00 AM- 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday. All sites  utilize the same scheduling representatives, so providers need only send each request  to one location. Should a location preference change after the referral has been sent, our schedulers will be able to assist the patient with their request..

Once the referral for mAb or a prescription for antiviral is received, patients can expect a call from our center to schedule their appointment within 12 business hours (usually  less). Once scheduled, our team will send a courtesy email to the referring provider  with the appointment details. Should a patient decline an appointment, we will notify the  referring provider via email. We will attempt to contact each patient a total of (3) times over 24-36 business hours before alerting the referring provider by email that we have been unable to reach the patient. Please be sure to include a legible email to receive these communications.

Self-Referrals: (508) 213-1380
Patients with active COVID-19 infection can self-refer for consideration of mAb treatment. Note this line is reserved for patients without a provider who are seeking mAb consideration only, please. Patients will review their eligibility with our staff per current guidelines and if clinically appropriate will be scheduled for treatment.

General Inquiries: (508) 974-3431
Please let patients know that we will be calling them to schedule an appointment. Please refrain from using this line to routinely check on referrals unless you have concerns that a referral/prescription has not been  processed appropriately or there is a concern that a patient is nearing the end of their  treatment window. We kindly ask that you do not tell patients to “call and check” on their referrals unless you have concern that a referral has not been processed in the  expected time frame. Your consideration in this matter allows us to keep our schedulers’ efforts focused on reviewing your prescriptions/referrals and getting patients scheduled efficiently.

Provider Line: (936) 622-0604 (providers only, please).

Please note that Gothams Massachusetts facilities and all medications provided are made available through the Massachusetts Department of Public Health initiative. Patients will not be charged for any services or medications.

We thank you for the opportunity to help you care for your community,
