A highly skilled Federal law enforcement senior executive with over 34 years of experience leading, developing, and executing complex multi-disciplinary programs at all organizational levels. As a senior leader within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security he built coalitions of internal and external stakeholders, developed business processes, was responsible for fiscal management, and the establishment of a high performing corporate culture. He built successful coalitions and developed partnerships with executives from Federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies and associations, government officials, foreign governments, members of congress and congressional staff, media outlets, non-governmental organizations, and the private sector. He developed cooperative agreements with non-governmental organizations, State Office of Emergency Services, and other border agencies to successfully manage border crisis and mass migration. Served 14 years in federal law enforcement as an accomplished member of the Senior Executive Service.
