Kenneth Uptain is a seasoned IT professional with over 17 years of experience in the industry. He has a diverse skill set that includes ERP software implementation, network design with a focus on security, cloud-first IT strategies, business continuity, VoIP communications, professional services, and managed IT helpdesk.

Kenneth previously oversaw the daily operations of over 50 organizations' IT infrastructure as the branch manager of an MSP services firm in San Antonio. Since joining Gothams, he has been instrumental in providing technology solutions for various emergency operations projects, such as monoclonal antibody infusion sites, Operation Lonestar, COVID-19 testing sites for the United States Congress, and Mobile Command and Control assets.
