Kenneth Uptain is a seasoned IT professional with over 17years of industry experience. His diverse skill set includes ERP software implementation, network design with a focus on security, cloud-first IT strategies, business continuity, VoIP communications, professional services, and managed IT helpdesk.

Kenneth previously oversaw the daily operations of the IT infrastructure for over 50 organizations as the branch manager of an MSP services firm in San Antonio. Since joining Gothams, he has been instrumental in providing technology solutions for various emergency operations projects, including monoclonal antibody infusion sites, Operation Lonestar, COVID-19 testing sites for the United States Congress, Mobile Command and Control assets, and Juvare WebEOC deployments.

Additionally, Kenneth serves as the program manager for transportation, California all-hazards warehouse operations, and Emergency Standby Material and Services Contracts for Florida, Texas, and Louisiana.
